Created a complete digital platform for an immigration company: a multilingual client-attracting website, a private portal for managing all cases, and smart assistants that automatically recognize documents and fill out official forms. A single project, from concept to launch.
Challenges and Solutions
Attracting clients from different countries without losing leads: built a modern multilingual website (3 languages) with clear pages for each service and lead capture forms. All inquiries automatically go to the admin portal and are duplicated to a messenger, ensuring no lead is lost.
Cases were managed in spreadsheets and chats, leading to missed deadlines and lost history: built a private portal with an all-in-one dashboard: a pipeline from lead to completed case, documents, tasks, full history for each client, and automated reminders for important deadlines (e.g., residence permit expiration).
Manually filling out official forms took hours: implemented automated form filling: simply upload client documents (or have the client send them via a secure link), and the system automatically recognizes the data and populates the required official forms, ready for printing. Hours of routine turned into minutes.
Clients ask the same questions at any time of day: added voice and text assistants directly to the website: they answer immigration questions 24/7 and gently guide users toward booking a consultation.
Invoices and documents were created manually and lacked visual consistency: implemented one-click invoicing and a unified, clean style for all documents, making the business look highly professional.

The core feature is document automation: the system extracts data from uploaded documents and automatically populates official immigration forms, ready for submission.
