Solution

Created an AI marketplace for verified road repair: from a pothole photo to a closed work order without friction, with a 24-hour SLA. Four steps: Snap (photo work order with automatic pothole measurement via computer vision), Match (licensed crew within a 15 km radius), Repair (repair within 24 hours with payment via escrow), Verify (AI verifies edge closure and warranty, on-chain recording). A business model with multiple revenue streams, focusing on the private sector (retail parks, logistics) and municipal tenders; eco-friendliness: up to 60% less CO₂ compared to hot asphalt. Traction: about 48,000 completed repairs, 500+ active crews, 3 CEE countries, GMV €1.2M for Q4 2025 (+220% year-on-year), early corporate clients (a large gas station network with 2,300 locations, a top-3 logistics REIT), and a pipeline of municipal tenders. The Series A round opens in Q1 2026.
