Problem
An online course author was selling a program but had no real infrastructure: videos were scattered across cloud storage, Telegram and Zoom recordings, access was granted by hand, students from different countries (RU/BG/ES) hit a language barrier, and there was no progress tracking, no comprehension checks and no protection against content resale. It ate time, lowered the product's value and didn't scale.
Solution
Designed and built a single branded portal covering the whole student journey - from purchase to completion: HLS streaming over signed links (no downloads) with per-buyer, time-limited access by module and month; interface and content in 4 languages (RU/BG/EN/ES) with auto-detected language; resume-from-position, progress tracking, private lesson notes and a self-check quiz after every lesson; an AI pipeline that transcribes speech, translates it and generates chapters, descriptions and quizzes; plus an admin panel and email/Telegram login with access-expiry reminders.

Business Impact
The author got a self-hosted, branded platform: sales and access under control, content protected from resale, a multi-country audience learning in its native language, and new-lesson prep automated - the product stopped depending on manual file sharing and became scalable.
